Black Diamond Concrete is a locally owned and operated business with over 25 years of experience in the construction field in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Cindy Foster, President of Black Diamond, has been around construction her whole life. She has experience both in the field and behind the desk. Some of her experiences have been supervising and overseeing the construction of a custom home in the northern Colorado Springs area. With her determination and drive, she completed this project from obtaining estimates to total finish in three months. She also worked as a laborer on Fort Carson installing solar panels. Let's say she knows how to use a hammer or whatever it takes to get the work done and done properly. Today she wears a different hat mainly working behind the desk handling customer service, marketing, and accounting duties.
